Thought i would get a thread started for anyone who will be in Dinkytown on Saturday. Should be quite the seen. Of course Gameday will the big attraction from 8:00-11:00. Has anyone else heard of anything special going on around campus to kill some time at before the game at 2:30?

Stubs and Herbs, Sallys, Blarneys doing anything special for Gameday being in town?
 

I believe Stubs is going to have a 15-20ft tv in the parking lot
 

It won't take up the whole time but the football team usually enters the stadium about 2:30 before the game and the band does a performance outside Mariucci around 1:15 before. There will also be official indoor tailgates in the Pav and McNamera if you want to warm up. McNamera usually has one of the earlier games on a big projector.
 

Anyone know what the food and drink policy is going to be on Northrup Mall around the set?
 



Pavilion has a "indoor tailgate". Doors open at 11.
Mariucci has a fan fest. Doors open at 1130.
Sku-U-March begins near Gate C at 1130.

Good to know. Thanks! I’m planning to go down for GameDay and hang out until meeting up with friends to watch the game at one of the bars around 2:30.
 

Just announced Johnston Hall will be opening at 7am as a warming area for GameDay fans. Free coffee/hot cocoa and donuts.
