The offense for the Golden Gophers should be able to put up some points at home here and it will be difficult for Rutgers to keep up. A game like this is the reason why Rutgers will have to steal a game against Boston College or Iowa. If they have to rely on a victory at Minnesota, the season could get ugly.

It's still weird to hear teams talk about probably losing to the Gophers. Even rutger. Sure, they will be a double-digit underdog based on all currently known information going into that game, but I thought every team still penciled the Gophers in as a win.

Goldy Gopher and Willie Wildcat have long been the most effigied homecoming mascots around the league, even though both schools have been above average at football for a decade.
