Cool to see both Prince & The Replacements in the Top 5.

Not sure how Harrison/Simon playing Here Comes the Sun didn't make the grade. Only thing I can think of is "no repeat" performers and they went with Homeward Bound instead.

Also not including Queen with Under Pressure seems like a huge oversight.

Elvis Costello is #1 in my book - just for the sheer audacity of it.

having said that - I basically quit watching SNL after the original cast left. so I really can't speak to any of the performances that happened after 1980.
