The Jamal article was fantastic and the analysis of the game was so in-depth. The day before the tourney game, GopherHole has the best coverage. The Star Tribune had a good article on the freshman bigs and the Press had a general article.

My girlfriend yelled at me towards the end of spring break saying that "I spend more time on Gopher Hole than I do paying attention to her"....is that a good thing or a bad thing

The best thing about my girlfriend though...she is from Dundee, Scotland here on a full ride swimming scholarship at Youngstown State (Horizon League)...so I was able to mold her into a Gophers fan, instead of being like all the girls here i've dated who are DAMN BUCKEYE FANS (FRONT RUNNER ONES IF THAT). She went to the football game at Bowling Green with me, and went to the OSU vs. Gophers hoops game in Columbus with me where she got louder than I did cheering for Minnesota, including a five minute tirade about how BJ Mullins is the ugliest guy she has ever seen when they kept flashing his picture on the jumbotron.
She does allow and watch all games with me, but she does not approve of the amount of time I spend on Gopher Hole

I've said this before, and I'll say it again. I'd put Coolhand up against any national sports writer. He knows the game, has a captivating style of writing, and he could go head to head with any "professional" around. I just hope he doesn't realize it and leave GH to head to the Big league!
If Nick keeps up his work...he may be the only one to give CH a run for his money!
