Ron Johnson's FR Rec Record

That's going to be a tough one. Ron Johnson was a beast of an athlete. I will reserve judgement until I see the McDonald and Harbison in a game.

I think it is certainly possible. If the offense can learn to move the ball through the air both should see a lot of chances. 38 receptions would average out to just about 3 catches per game, which isn't that high. We'll know it was a good year if both happen to break the record.

Right now I would say no. That's not because I don't think either one isn't capable, but because I think we'll be rotating in a bunch of WRs so they won't get enough opportunities.

3 a game is not too many receptions for a couple guys with their talent.

It will be tough. 48 is a lot even with great talent from the two wrs.

Considering we only completed a little over 11 passes per game last year, I would say it is. We're not going to pass a ton in this offense, and when we do, it will be spread around a bunch.

We'll see though, I hope you're right.

What about Fruechte?

I'm not looking past that guy...
