Anyone else see the crushing block by #41 Miles Thomas? Took three guys out of the play, pretty much four, and finished his block with a pancake. He has been stellar at FB.

Huge play all the way around.

I didn't see it until I watched the replay of the game. Massive.

Thomas keeps getting better. Great to see!

Absolutely agreed. I was really nervous to see who would replace Mike Henry, but Thomas has done an outstanding job. It's been great to see his hands in the past couple games, too.

Do you guys remember Miles Thomas has a nickname?.......The Pain Train.

Good catch. There were so many big plays by so many different players during the game, but that block was as good as any of them.

So there is so much to read about this game on this board and I just don't feel like hunting to see if anyone posted it, but this seems a good spot. I realize that the second touchdown for Nebraska was reviewed and awarded a touchdown, but what should have been reviewed was whether Nebraska qb was over the line of Scrimmage when he thought the pass... From what I saw, he was clearly beyond the line when he threw it. Did anyone else notice?

His back foot wasn't

So it is defined where the back foot is and no that he took a step with his other beyond the line? I'm not in the weeds on the rules, so that is news to me

The passers entire body must be over the line. He had a foot that wasn't

Is it the body or the ball? The replay showed that the ball had not crossed the line either.

Should be "break the plane" just like at the goal line. Makes too much sense to ever happen though.

How about some love for the play call??? Nebraska saw Roderick in there and assumed we were gonna pound it up the middle.

Little did they know we were going to bounce it outside and house it.
