Rivals baseball thread

[Lincoln gopher]

On Kendall Rogers's college baseball Rivals site he started a thread about the Gophers hosting a regional. First he talked to Anderson and found out the Gophers had put in to host a regional at Siebert. Anderson said they would bring in enough temp. seating for 3500. Kendall also said the Gophers could still get a # 1 seed and host, win the Big Ten tournament and very well could happen.

The above rivals site has the Gophers as a No. 1 seed and a host.

Will the NCAA really award the Gophers a regional at Siebert? I thought the fact that there aren't locker rooms and other such facilities on site was something that would keep the Gophers from being awarded a regional.

Interesting, I knew we put in a regional hosting bid but was told it was for Midway Stadium.
