They still can not equal brand name like Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State.

Other than one incredible season last year, LSU, like A&M and every other SEC West team, just can't get past Alabama in the regular season. That's the actual thing holding them back.

If LSU, A&M, Auburn, Georgia, Florida, etc. had been in the ACC instead, they'd have been the Clemson of now.

All things equal, I don't think a lot will change with fans. Those who regularly attended will start to again. Those who did so casually, will do so again. How often the casual fan attends depends on the product (wins).

I think all fan bases will have some casualties due to a different financial situation for money. We are going to have millions , tens of millions of people in a much worse financial than before covid.
