Correct me if I am wrong but I believe the Big Ten shares its bowl game revenue with all of the member schools? If this is correct is it better to have Ohio State in the championship game or have both tOSU and MSU make BCS bowls. I am just wondering how this would benefit us.

The payout difference between the BCS Championship Game and other BCS Bowls is negligible (last year, BCSCG paid $18m, other BCS paid $17m). So, it would help the conference slightly from a monetary payout perspective, but not much.
