For once I agree with Reusse on something. Way it should be too, imo. Football has to be the true BMOC (big man on campus) once again like it was for decades and decades in the past, which also happened to be some of our most consistently successful decades. I believe there is a degree of correlation between the level of administrative and overall university population support and a program's long term success on the gridiron. Don't get me wrong, I still love the basketball and hockey programs and they will get the support they require, but football needs to be treated and always supported like the #1 son.
