I remember some old guy, just died recently, can’t remember his real name. I think they called him Bud? He did some coaching for a couple years and mentioned how much better a coach he was when he had better players, than when he didn’t. But maybe that was just him?

Well, when you are supposed to have recruiting as one of your strengths, then you should get better players to coach. Instead, he has a talent merry-go-round because no one wants to play for a coach with no coaching exprrience.

Honestly, I'm beginning to doubt his recruiting ability at this point, too.
