Anyone have an idea if the roof will be open or closed for the game?

They should open it. I am a local and they usually open it for big games. When the Texans are good they keep it closed to help with fan noise.

I thought I read it would be closed for the day. Can't remember where I saw that, but my son who went last year, said it was closed then.

Yes, it was closed last year. But it was very cold and windy on game day last year, even by Minneapolis standards. The weather this year looks a little warmer, so perhaps it will be open.

Would it matter to anyone else but the fans? I know Syracuse plays in a Dome, but I'm guessing the Orange are no strangers to cold weather/ the elements.

It's a night game, kind of so it won't really matter I wouldn't i think if you are watching other on TV, you won't be able to tell if it's not a day game
