Just read that Reggie has been ordered by the judge to testify in his civil suit. Judge denied request for a non-jury trial. Now the sh*t will hit de fan! Way to go yer honor!! Gunna be hard for the En-Cee-Double-Ay to pretend now!

Sure hope Mr. Henderrsson doesn't hafta put his rap career on hold. That could make this a tragedy.

The guy reached a shut up settlement with Bush so the NCAA couldn't talk to him. Court ordered deposition changes that. He's scheduled two days before Bush. This is going to be very interesting.

I really think USC needs to be banned from postseason play for multiple seasons. They need to hurt the team's bottom line, and damage recruiting for a few years. Otherwise there is no deterrent for future offenders.

I'd love to see that happen for so many reasons, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Bad things don't seem to happen to programs like USC.
