It seems that for some reason each year there is no firm, reliable information as to how many recruits the Gophers can sign. This year I've heard it most frequently stated that we can sign 25, plus three additional in case of nonqualifiers. I've also heard that 2, 3 or "a handful" of JUCOs will count as 2010 recruits. Now, new numbers or slight variations are appearing in several threads. Does anyone out there know the facts? Also, what happens to the additional three if everyone qualifies? Does the transfer placekicker count?

He was a walk-on at his previous school. Never received a scholly, so he does not have to sit out a year as a transfer. He will be on scholly here.
