I don't know, this Juan Harris guy has had a lot of trying circumstances in his life and moved around a lot. If the Gophers are in a position to turn down 4* talent then so be it. He sounds like he changes his mind a lot. He should not commit anymore until he is actually going to go to the school he picks. If I were Phelps I would probably give the kid one last chance or conversation, but that is just me, we have had other guys that have gone through some rough circumstances in their home life. At some point the coaches don't want to be jerked around, if he is interested in coming to school here or anywhere else I think he is going to have to prove it.
