Per Greder:

“He made some plays for us last year, but I think it took him another year to really master the level of confidence that he has in himself to be able to do it at this level,” Fleck said. “I think that is what everyone is seeing (now).”

Go Gophers!!

I was shocked how invisible he was last year. Glad we are seeing the receiver he should have been.

It took him a year to realize the ball is allowed to hit him in the hands and not required to bounce off the ground.

It also takes a QB that can make more than one read and throw accurately.
ding ding ding ding ding....

Through 13 games last year we had 4 players reach 10 or more receptions and Taylor only had 11 while there were 3 guys over 20 (Jackson, Spencer, BSF).

With 4-5 games left in 2024 we already have 6 guys with 10+ receptions.

Jackson is clearly the go to guy (especially the last 2 games) but Brosmer's ability to read the defense and move through his reads has allowed guys like Spencer and others to shine in the passing game this year.

Competent QB play makes a world of difference.
