RB Estrada commits to Gophers

Ok. Hear me out on this. Theory.

I think Fleck is selling that UM is a 4 (or 5) year life program. Although he has NIL money, he's not going to buy a new team every year. This is a family and though they will go get someone if it is a position of need, he is promoting a family, life learning, team building, lifetime friendship program. Doesn't resonate with everyone, but with some it does, especially some mom and dad's. That's why he has such an unusually high amount of high school recruits compared to most others.

Thoughts?

I agree. IMO 5-star players are selfish and not team players. Those type of players aren't good fits for PJ. He's all about team, no one above anyone else.

Well?

How was the drink?

Did you pour a special bourbon or something?
Scotch!

Per the El Paso Times:

"Ryan developed a strong relationship with coach Fleck and the Minnesota staff," El Dorado football coach Frank Martinez said. "The culture at Minnesota is something that Ryan really liked. Ryan handled the recruiting process so well, and I'm really happy for his family and for him."

Go Gophers!!

Lol. He’d kill for 5 star players like every other coach
