Good suggestion Iceland12 and we hope to do it. We've had a technical glitch in that area that we're working through and once it is fixed we'll populate it regularly again.

Cut your hair, ya damn hippie.:D

Reminds me the first thing my Grandpa did when I came up to visit him for the summer was take me to the Barber shop. I use to have a bit of a flop look. He would pick me up at the airport, take me to the barber shop, use me as an avenue to complain about hippies with the barber (like I wasn't even there) as he made sure my hair was to a proper length before I could enter his home.

Ditto here. Except with me, it was an earring. My dad let it be known explicitly that I was not to set foot in his house while wearing that "g*ddamn earring". The funny thing is that I wore it almost non-stop for 5-6 years, and none of my family ever saw me wearing it, because I always had to take it out whenever I traveled back home.

Hahah when I brought my earing home my mom asked me what kind of panties I wanted for Christmas. She didn't demand I take it out, but she tried to play the "man card" on me all the time.

If either of my boys ever come home with an earing I am going to have to remember that one. Of course they are 1 and 3 right now so I'll have to remember it for a while...

There is an awful lot to like about that article.

Not so much to like in this thread. I didn't know so many Gophers fans were that feminine .
