One of the better articles on the Gophers, I think. At least one of the better player interviews.
 

It's nice to get reminders of why we like college football more than the pros. Kids come out of HS and they mature as evidenced by putting the team goals first, seize opportunities to be a leader for your team or even use spring break as a time to better communities that you've never been to ala Kirksey and Wilhite.

That personal growth seemingly ceases once the ink on the NFL contract is dry.
