Brohm makes more changes to Purdue's staff

Purdue Boilermakers head coach Jeff Brohm has made more changes to his defensive coaching staff.

On Wednesday, Brohm said three of his new hires -- Brad Lambert, Ron English and Mark Hagen -- all will hold the title of defensive coordinator in addition to their regular positional duties.

Lambert will make the game-day play calls.

Apparently a serious area of need for Purdue...
 

Guessing this was a ploy to get them more money based on their titles but that is certainly odd to have 3 listed with the same title.

They have 6 coordinators on their staff. 2 offense, 3 defense, 1 special teams. Wonder if this will be the new trend in getting assistants pay hikes.
