Not trying to be a jerk about it, we have a general transfer portal thread where it would seem like something like this would end up. Wasn't sure if there was some reason why we should be more interested in this particular transfer than we are in all the others from around the Big Ten or Nationally.

Actually, regardless of whether this news “deserves” its own post, I do find it quite interesting because it confirms that Purdue’s big-time portal transfer QB, Hudson Card, probably has looked good enough to chase off a young 4* QB. In other words, Purdue probably will field yet another very good QB this year. Now, about the other 21 positions, there are questions …

Again, it isn't about controlling the board or anything like that. We don't start a new thread every time someone goes into the portal from a different Big Ten school so just wondering what makes this guy special.
