Promises of coaches past

Since we're obviously not going to get any solid information tonight, let's have some fun remembering the false promises of coaches past. Not necessarily promises the coach made himself, but rather, promises the coach brought with him to MN. I'll start with these:

-Jim Wacker was an offensive genius who was going to create a recruiting pipeline from Texas.
-Tim Brewster was a recruiting God who would pull in scores of 4-star kids from all over the country.

Well, he did that.

It just took a guy who knew X's and O's to translate that into a victory over a ranked Iowa team.
