And we're playing #6, #8, #12, and #21 this season.

I really hope that Cal wins its first two games and comes into TCF Bank Stadium ranked in the Top 10.

The Gophers went 0-15 lifetime in the Dome against Top 10 teams...it sure would be special if we could change that ugly streak in our very first attempt against a Top 10 team at the new stadium!

We got 1 vote. Duke did not. Either Spurrier has a new target, or Brewster's got some 'splainin to do.

The only teams on our schedule with no votes in this poll are Syracuse, Air Force, Purdue, and (obviously) South Dakota State.

Quite possible that MichSt and/or Illinois are ranked when we play them as well.

On another note.... wow, i guess i'm out of the SEC loop. I had no idea Ole Miss was top ten worthy all of a sudden.

I despise Notre Dame, but I'm afraid they are going to have a good year (record wise). They have an easy schedule and still have very talented players to put on the field. It really is pathetic Weiss hasn't delivered better results. Just go back over the last few years and look at the recruits that Notre Dame has on their roster compared to successful programs like Boise State, TCU, Utah, BYU, etc....

It's funny that as much as I dislike them, I'd love to see Notre Dame added to the Big Ten. Kind of like Wisconsin, hate them, but love the fact we get to play them every year.
