As most of you know, I hate making predictions about the future, because I hate doing that. What I want to predict is this: It is of my opinion (yes opinions are like rectums, we each have one), that the Gophers already have their Coach. The announcement will come when seasons are finished. Am I nuts? Yep, but at least I have a reason for making this prediction. Who it is? That I will not predict. Go Gophers!!!!!
 

I have not been contacted, and am not a candidate for the Minnesota HC position, despite my experience with NCAA Football 11.

That makes me wonder how often Maturi and the rest of the Order of the Minnesota Star (football coach hiring crew) check Xbox live. I better check my mail when I get home.

I agree....for some reason I have had this same feeling ......

You said you have a reason for making this prediction. Can you share?
 

I believe my people have talked to the U's people which has led them to not offer me the job that I would likely decline. Well maybe I'd take it for one year to earn 3 million and then resign in disgust when we went 1-11. I will say, at least a coach has to sit on the field, watch the game, and then meet the media after. They don't get to leave at the end of the 3rd quarter like many of us...
