This would be a bloodbath under more temperate conditions and will probably remain so as the defense is going to struggle and the cold won’t help our offense either.

We don’t match up well on defense (with anyone currently). I’m not expecting much in regards to the defense until a new regime comes in and revamps the culture on that side of the ball. It’s not going to happen under Rossi.

The defense has proven how mistakes and blown assignments create big plays for the opposition. This will be an adjustment game for the Golden Gopher defense. By the end of the game the defense should solidifying, but, once again the offense hasn't progressed to the point where they can put up enough points to counter what the defense allows.
