Predict the Salary: Ben Johnson 2022 Pay

What do you think Coach Ben Johnson’s salary will be for 2022 when the details come out? Some 2021 salaries (not counting pandemic reductions) for comparison:

Richard Pitino: $2.4 million
Chris Collins: $1.4 million
Juwan Howard: $2.1 million
Steve Pikiell: $2.5 million
Greg Gard: $2.6 million
Tom Izzo: $3.9 million

My guess: $1.4 million

Side note: Juwan Howard probably gets at least a 200% raise this offseason!

Is Chris Collins the lowest paid B1G coach at $1.4? If so, Ben is going to have to come at least reasonably close to that, even though they probably don’t have to pay that much.
