Other Predictions:

1: IF the Gophers start out conference play 2-0 with wins vs. PSU & Iowa, Gophers are winning the West.
2: Gophers lose again to Wisconsin :(
3: I don't see a conference win in there for Purdue on paper, but they will win at least 1 B10 game.
4: Ohio State wins the east.

I am not sold on Northwestern being solid from year to year. They can beat some good teams and look really bad at times. Iowa, Michigan and Tennessee destroyed them, yet the managed to beat Stanford in game 1. In game 13 Stanford probably would have beaten them by 50.

They also squeaked by Wisconsin at Madison, which or us might be a once in lifetime event.

I am conflicted, and still do not count on NU to win when expected. There defense, under Fitzpatrck (and the old Colorado Coach) seems to be the wild card which mean they are very good, but have questionable depth.
 



The West is up for grabs and we could easily see 7-2 champ. Or 6-3 tie.

First time I have ever picked the Gophers in first and actually believed it could happen. I can easily see Minnesota playing Michigan in Indianapolis in November. Really want to see my Gophers with a crack at Meatchicken in Indy.
