This is the most biased damn hit piece that has been posted on this board for a long time. Did the gh staff really let such a one way, fatally flawed pile of crap directed at the Gopher coach on the day when Minnesota goes to battle with stinking Wisconsin? Really?

Damn: this stinks. Win or lose this stinks. It says a lot about us.

By the way, the few who want the coach gone: just forget about it. You people have no say in the matter.
Nor do I.

It’s only a game…. ;0)
Lighten up, Francis.

This is going to sound absolutely crazy, but his timeout usage in the fourth quarter on 3rd and 4th down were huge.

Why the stupid poll?? We dominated and won. I’m 55, no coach in my lifetime beat the skunks like this one!

From your elder who is 60. Let’s be real: celebrating “dominating” Wisconsin because we’ve now beaten them 4 out of the last 5 times feels a little… small-time. These aren’t the Barry Alvarez or Bret Bielema Badgers anymore. This is a Wisconsin program that’s been solidly mediocre. Beating them most years is the baseline expectation, not some historic achievement. PJ Fleck is paid over $7 million a year. For that kind of money you’re supposed to be competing with the top tier of the Big Ten, not popping champagne because we finally own a rivalry against a program that’s been treading water. I’m glad we beat Wisconsin. We should. But acting like PJ just pulled off the upset of the century because we’ve taken four of five from a down and out rival is exactly why the bar feels so low in Dinkytown lately. Seven-plus million dollars a year should buy a hell of a lot more than “we usually beat Wisconsin now.” Gopher fans deserve to expect that — not just be grateful for it.

Enjoy the win, Row on, I guess… but maybe row a little faster. 🏆🚣

I’m 78. I’v been real 18 years longer than you have. This program needs all the young 55 y.o. fans who have experienced joy enough in their lives to still be able to express happiness when some of life’s’ small pleasures like winning a B1G game…especially a border battle game with the history of this game. Minnesota now holds a 1 game lead in this historical series.

In the grand scheme of things, B1G football is merely a game. yet, winning the battle for the axe put some joy in a lot of Gopher fans lives yesterday. It certainly brightened my day and put a bit more spring in my step.

Thanks for your post Mr. Grinch. It reminded me that I love to celebrate a good win when my team gets a good win. No matter how “…elder… I may become. ;0)

The 4th down timeout was necessary because two of our players were dancing and hugging 20 yards behind the line of scrimmage while wisconsin was lining up for the next play.
