Just having some fun here, but not outside the realm of possibility, right? Nestor already starts at corner for us and the word seems to be people are concerned about his speed and quickness when matching up against some of the B1G's best, but he's tailor made for tall, physical receivers, right? This could be a big week for him! If he has any shot at ever going pro, he probably needs to move to safety, but he's showing at least some ability to play corner.

Both him and Koi are 6'1" and the Gophers had two weeks to prepare. Our other corners that play a lot are around 5'10". Could this happen especially if we play some man-to-man? It sounds like Rutgers likes to throw a lot of jump balls to their guys.

Off week leaves us little to talk about so how about this? It would also boost Koi's draft stock if he could show more position flexibility. Of course, he showed in his last game that maybe he already has too much on his plate...

I picked Minnesota to win but I think Nestor is going to have a very long day against Rutgers.

Seemed like that was the default play against Iowa in the first half when all else failed. They could either get a reception or a pass interference. I agree with you that putting a short DB against a receiver like Strong has a high potential for disaster.

Would much rather have Koi out there playing center field and making a play on a deep shot.

Might be a solution. Iowa’s secondary is light years ahead of us, so anything is worth a try.
