PJ - WI Home?

First - I believe all but PSU has replaced their coach since Fleck came to Minnesota, and to my knowledge the only one that there was a sniff/rumor of contact was Oregon. Second - I can't see any being interested in Fleck's schtick. Third - Fleck would have to have several more 10 win seasons for any of these to have him in their top-5 targets.
Plus I think Fleck prefers a good fit over just going to the best program. He'd be a terrible fit for most of those programs even if they were ever interested in him (which they're not at this point).

Even if one were to take this thread seriously, why the hell would Fleck want to go to WI? That move would make no sense on any level. Lateral move to a program that if Fickell is fired would be in internal turmoil versus a program that Fleck has been at for 8 seasons and brought to a stable and successful point. I reserve that I think the only college program in the country Fleck would ever voluntarily leave for would be Ohio State. Maybe, maybe Notre Dame.
Notre Dame is not a maybe. Listen to his radio show from a few weeks back when he talked about the Rose Bowl and Notre Dame's stadium as the only two he's vowed never to enter unless he's playing or coaching there. Catholic kid from outside Chicago, blah, blah, blah. He'd coach there for free (if Heather let him).

I was taught by a commander in the Army to always look at opportunities and, while I believe he is a Gopher as long as he is wanted, is always looking at opportunities. I don't believe there are opportunities at wisconsin, but if there are, he should look.

Might not be a "maybe" for Fleck, but I can't see the Irish having interest in Fleck.

On a related note, that House Hunters is a heck of a show. "I work every other weekend at the local community pool selling Laffy Taffy and my wife processes Procter and Gamble mail-in rebates from our breakfast nook. We'd like something close to the city center, with lots of natural light and our budget is between $800,000 and $900,000."

I don’t disagree with any of that. I only stated that I thought he would leave for one of those jobs.

I think you all missed the entire point of the original post.

The OP was close enough to see what they were watching - ergo, the OP was humble bragging that he/she was in first class with them.

This is like a Nebraska forum conspiracy thread. They know everything about everyone everywhere all the time that is involved with Husker football.
