Not to take anything away from Pitino but this is also the worst the Big 10 has been in a long time.

No way Penn state, Indiana or Illinois are at the bottom of any other league, including the big 12. For Christ's sake, Indiana and Illinois were ranked at times this season.

Pitino is certainly picking a great year to come into the B1G as it's the weakest its been in a few years. It's silly to argue that the B1G is not the weakest its been in while. There are really no superstars in the league. There is no team that is unbeatable. Just a bunch of average of teams that are beatable on a given night.

That might be a relevant argument if we were challenging for a championship, but since we aren't it is not. The b1g is deeper than ever, the worst to first differential is very tight making it just as easy to lose against someone we think sucks as it is to beat the best teams.

You would think that with as good a foundation as Tubby laid with the Big 3 that they would have committed when they were juniors.
