On the one hand, I'm glad the U got out front on this matter so we can move on quickly and hopefully get a much better AD as a result. On the other hand, it is embarrassing and disheartening to have the leader of our athletic department put such a negative light on the U.

The first story is the correct take, it's been handled extremely well, I checked the national media and it doesn't seem to be creating waves nationally. There are still some hurdles, hiring a replacement AD and keeping the facilities on schedule, but so far the disruption has been minimal.
