The competition is pretty simple but please check The Rules if you have any questions or aren't sure how to proceed. Also, please note that you must make a pick at least once every three weeks to remain in the competition. There's more in an Announcement about when we will shift to two divisions, etc. You can also send me a Personal Message or e-mail if any questions or problems.

Please use the colon after your moniker ... I use a macro to enter your picks on a spreadsheet and the macro relies on the colon to get it properly entered.

Reminders -- per the earlier announcement:

• We split into two divisions on 12/15: The Steady Selectors (who make picks for 2/3rds of the available dates) and the Laid Back Pickers. You'll need to have at least 24 picks on 12/15 to make it into the Steady Selectors ... if you're close, you'll move into that division if you step up your pace and hit the 2/3rds mark.
• If you don't make a pick for 2-3 weeks, your account will be "retired" and you'll need to check with me before participating again.
• New participants are welcome any time through 12/31. After that date, you'll need to send me a private message and we'll talk.

PPD Standings after 12/12/09 Games

Sorry this is so late. I ended up doing a back-flip entering the Barn just before tip-off and have been eating Advil like popcorn. Decided to call it a night before all scores were in. Then we had the grandson for the night plus church this AM and am only now getting back to the 'puter.

What's worse is that Bleed Gopher only gave my routine (the classic "two-legged dismount into a full sprawl" a 5 for form and a 4 for difficulty.

Another decent day for the board:

• Wisconsin bounces back and covers against Marquette.
• Louisville favored by 14 but loses to West Carolina. Bet UK fans are delirious with Schadenfreude.
• Gonzaga favored by 12 and beats Davidson by 12 for the push.
• Today's Picks: 17 wins, 10 losses and 1 pushes for a 0.63 Won-Loss ratio.
