Nelson played great as a freshman in his second game, no doubt, but I want to give kudos to the O-line and the backs. It was a concerted effort.
Nelson had a clock between his ears and it was Swiss synched perfectly with the line and his receivers. He knew when to step up and he knew pressure was coming and every time I wanted to yell “get rid of ball”, the pass was already out of his hand.
The O always takes longer to get their timing down… I really hope they are on track now given all the injuries they have been fighting through!
