To be fair, this is PFF which grades each play. Not the media or coaches who just pick guys. I'd be surprised if the others followed this, even somewhat. Seems way too lofty

Rashad, Ty and AWjr should all be 1st Team All-Big Ten, no question. Tanner should be 2nd team QB, behind Justin Fields along with Rod on 2nd team at RB (assuming 2 RB's on each 'team') and Carter 3rd with some others.
