I have been watching football long enough that you can just recognize players that are different, more gifted. It's obvious when you see that kid out there that he's destined to be a great player and if he keeps doing what he's doing he could also be great in the NFL.I'm beginning to think this Perich guy is going be alright.
Maxx Williams was like that for me. Too bad he had so many injuries.I have been watching football long enough that you can just recognize players that are different, more gifted. Some of these kids you just see it right away and he's one of them. It's like the first time you saw Adrian Peterson or Randy Moss in an NFL game and you were like, "that dude ain't like the rest of these guys".
I didn't have the same feeling for Maxx, but I thought he would be a solid NFL player.Maxx Williams was like that for me. Too bad he had so many injuries.
Also sets him up to be First Team AA in the future.Well deserved. Very impressive for a True Freshman to earn that honor.
Yup, gotta think that if he plays three more seasons and continues to develop 1st Team AA is likely. Also sets him up to be First Team AA in the future.
Have seen that a few times.....one of the first was when I was doing some work for Holy Angels football when a certain Larry Fitgerald was playing for them....you could tell even in high school that he was going to be special.I have been watching football long enough that you can just recognize players that are different, more gifted. He has brought a “I’m just plain better than you and I’m going to let you know about it while I’m backing it up” attitude that the Gophers haven’t had for a very long time…I have been watching football long enough that you can just recognize players that are different, more gifted.
