Penn State 2:30pm CBS

My favorite game times are 7:00 (or 6:00/7:30, etc) followed by 11:00, and then 2:30. Wish the networks would mix in a late afternoon game around 4:00.
I love night games, especially when it's warmer out. If I'm going to the game I still prefer 2:30 but watching on TV prefer 11am.

I was a student during the Wacker years and got used to having tons of night games in the dome.

Any day Gophs are playing is a great day, regardless of the start time. You can find pros and cons to all the start times. I generally make a day of it attending, so start times are not an issue for me.
This is the way I look at it as well. A home Gopher game is an all day event for me. Tailgating demands that and I like to arrive very early to the lot. So, the only start time that irritates me is the 11:00 AM kickoffs. The early games really put a dent into tailgating and I’m old enough now that drinking alcohol at 8:30 AM feels weird (but not weird enough to not do it).

Tell that to Penn State and Ohio State, both of which have fan bases ready to form picket lines around FOX and are already heckling the big noon crew when they are on campus.

Penn St. and Ohio St. need to play in even more 11am Big Noon/BTN games so that Purdue and Northwestern can collect even larger checks from the Conference

Looked at point differential for conference games. Outside the of the top four teams who are combined 27-2 in conference games. Only Iowa, MN, WI and USC have scored more points than given up in conference play. MN is the only one of the four teams that hasn't played any of the top 4 teams to this point.

Iowa +56 Record 4-3
Wisconsin +34 3-4
USC +28 3-5
MN +17 4-3

If I am being honest, probably my last gopher game I will watch this year. I think this will be closer than expected. two touchdowns is insulting, especially at home.

11 am games are the worst. All other times are fine. I remember when all college games started at 1 pm. There were no night games at all.
