The Good?: The Men of Troy have 4 BCS opponents on their schedule.

The (not so) Bad?: Assuming they beat Western Michigan in the opener, the Trojans should get a couple decent opponents at the inaugural Diamond Head Classic. Matt Janning-led Northeastern and UNLV loom as potential second- and third-round opponents.

The Ugly?: USC fans can't help but wonder what might have been if Hackett, Gibson & DeRozan had all stuck around, but in lieu of the pending Tim Floyd/OJ Mayo mess it looks like they made good decisions.
