That was one crazy dude. People used to try to go after him about Iowa, not realizing that didn’t phase him. His sole internet existence centered on hating Gopher football. He had loose alliances with Iowa and Northern Iowa but I got the feeling he couldn’t name three players on either of those teams. But any Gopher-related internet material would have him popping up within the first couple comments to rip on MN. A fan board for Delaware football with an obscure comment about Gopher football? Pantherhawk would be the next comment, with a lie about “Murderapolis.”

I think he finally started to fade away when people uncovered him personally and started posting photos of him with his light sabers and such. Haven’t seen anything from him in years.

Hahaha I totally forgot about the personal photo stuff. Brings back memories
 


I remember he'd go to boards of other teams that were playing the Gophers in the non-conference to hate on us. And posters from other boards would be so confused about why he hated Minnesota so much.

That transcends simple trolling. That is misguided obsession that reaches pathological levels. Who knows what this guy could have accomplished in life if he directed his disdain for the Gophers to something even marginally productive. Maybe he’s doing that now. Or maybe he’s institutionalized.
 

Didn't he even post messages on Twitter replying to a kid whenever they mentioned a Gophers offer? Something creepy like that.

Can you imagine the number of HROs he's been served in his lifetime? It's gotta be in the double digits. That behavior isn't typically limited to one section of life

He also was caught writing Harry Potter fan fiction (no joke).

That said, I don't think it was the making fun of him that got him to stop. The guy had no shame and was getting crap about that stuff for years.

My personal opinion is that he started going down a really weird path, even for him, where he would start messaging Gopher recruits and of course it was dark, twisted and weird. He would also like message their family members and friends. I wouldn't be shocked if the cops showed up to his house one day and told him to stop.

He was also doxed, so I wouldn't be surprised if his family members started getting bombarded by people trolling him back. He was incredibly unpopular amongst Iowa fans too. I believe a guy on the old KFAN board who was an Iowa fan like beat him up (or threatened to). This was years ago, well before Meatsauce got it pulled down to protect his cheating wife.
 




I seem to remember him as a big Star Wars fanatic. I thought someone posted a pic of him in Darth Vader gear brandishing his dime store lightsaber. Could have been someone else.
