What kind of pies? Does that include other type of pies?
 



I'm hoping this was said at a pie eating contest, but saw no long table with pies set before contestants, no sign reading Clearwater Pie Eating Contest. If not at a pie eating contest, why was he talking about pies?

Well...OldBob53...the pie eating contest was a little later on in the day's itinerary (see the picture below).

The long tables weren't set up at that point.

Had I recorded 30 seconds earlier, there would be more context.

I'll row the boat and change my best!!

When I read the headline, I thought it was going to be a metaphor about playing through the whistle or something. Nope, pie eating contest.
