I know people like to rip on there being too many bowls, but hey, more football = good. The bowls really get going today with a few solid matchups and we may be seeing a future Vikings QB going up against USC.
Colorado State and Washington State. Anybody see the Washington State QB trash talk the Colorado State sideline
after throwing his first TD pass?. He got right in the face of the coaches. The F - bombs were flying from the CSU
coaches.
Growing up a Pac-10 fan, we had a saying for when teams choked:
"Coug'd it."
Did they ever today.

Watched the 2nd half of the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl between SDSU and Buffalo.
Brought to mind the old joke where instead of playing "guess the attendance" they played "name them". Couldn't have been 1,000 people in the stands.
On the other side, the New Orleans Bowl had a great crowd. I know it featured two local teams (Tulane, LA Lafayette) but it was still impressive none the less.
Watching Beef O'Brady bowl. Looks like there are about 500 people in attendance....okay so a bit of an exaggeration but I can't remember ever seeing a more empty stadium for a college football game.

Lynch is no better than P. Nelson imo. Wow, this is hard to watch
Could the additions of Maryland and Rutgers be anymore underwhelming than right now? Maryland is about to lose to Marshall. Rutgers will probably lose to Notre Dame tomorrow.
