they said seven hours of surgery. The expect a full recovery but out the rest of the year.

It just sounds like a very ugly, unfortunate accident. Feel terrible for the guy. Sometimes things like that have a way of raising awareness and if there is a silver lining, guys all over the country will pay a little closer attention to their form, as well as raise their attention when spotting others. I have no idea if this particular situation could have been avoided but the awareness may make other potentially unsafe situations better.

The report this morning is a crushed larynx I hope he has a full recovery. This report gives me flashbacks to Ray Scott his voice was never the same again. I know the injuries are different, and there have been advaces in medicine, but I doubt his voice will ever be the same.
