There was also Bowling Green in 2007 at the Metrodome L 32-31

The Gophers played three straight OT games from the famous Insight Bowl in 2006 to the first two games of 2007.

ESPN didn't have a proper Box Score for that game
Not surprising. Before I downloaded the media guide from GopherSports.com to check, I asked a few different AI sources. You would be amazed at the incorrect "answers" they provided. Anybody that relies on Grok, ChatGPT, etc. to answer questions better verify the answers before accepting them.

I asked that schools should be included in the new Power Conference football league of 64 and you'd be blown away by how wrong it is.

Don't use AI like google.

Use google is you want to google something.

I have been meaning to bring up OT at the bank lately and failed to do so. This thread is quite timely.

It is quite remarkable to have our new stadium since 2009, yet it has never hosted an OT game. Yet.

That is a lot of football games to not have any of them end regulation in a tie.

The only thing I am sure of is when there finally is an OT game at the bank, most of the student section will be empty as the OT(s) play out.
I think the answer here is "depends."

Now, whether the rest of the other non-student butts are still there as many leave early for "traffic," that is far more predictable.

I still have the media guide open but I didn't need it for that one. It was Northwestern in 2023. I was at a relative's wedding in New York keeping track on my phone. Gophers went from a 99% win probability to losing in overtime.
Sat in person for that miserable production, it was a long drive home.
