OSU rules Dez Bryant ineligible...helps Decker's Biletnikoff chances?

Bryant wasn't entirely truthful to the NCAA during a recent investigation and is currently ineligible (though Oklahoma State is working to get him reinstated).

You'd think that this could only help Decker out.
