Long lay off, early start time, fans struggling to get to Barn in time = recipe for a sluggish game. Let’s hope Gophers can create their own energy.

Obviously last game we didn’t play well. Had way too many turnovers. Here’s hoping we have much cleaner game, get bench some run and put these guys away quickly.

GET ‘ER DONE JOHNSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully they got all their turnovers for the season out of their systems in the last game and can get back to playing the way they did in all the other games this season.

Green Bay is not a good team. Want to see us play well, control the ball, and win in a clean game.

GEFDJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great test for coach Johnson and the staff to see if their coaching can change behavior.

These are the games where we look for “green shoots” and build trust in the future.

GEDJ!!!!!!!!

Hammer that Gophs -15.5

EDIT* Line moved to Gophs -17, Hammer that!

No knowledge of Green Bay except for looking at stats.
Last game they started 3 freshmen. Appears their star player is a 6'4" senior guard, Emmanuel Ansong. Averages 12.6 points and 5.2 rebounds.
Donovan Ivory is a 6'6" soph guard who averages 10.6 points and 4.2 rebounds per game.
There's 358 Division One teams, only 10 have a worse percentage shooting the 3 ball.
They are 344th in total rebounds per game.
They don't shoot often, 340th in FG attempts, but when they do, they're not good at it.
308th in FG % in the nation.
Their last game was on the 12th, so they've been off 2 more days than the Gophers.

Oh boy. How did Battle slip through the cracks?

Hopefully the rest of the team joins Battle on the court. Go gophers!
