Well maybe because PJ is a clock management idiot but no he should not have called it after the 4th down conversion either.
 






Talent-wise, we're no where near them... but inspiration-wise, we had enough. I just don't like how Fleck called most of the game offensively (the game plan was probably to try to run down Penn State's throat. Our poor run offense, vs a top 5 run defense.) That's zero help to the offense or Brosmer... the time management is always bad, so not complaining... but we could have won.

I don't blame the players, this is being "outcoached"

Then 35 seconds would have run off. Either way in total it makes less than 10 seconds difference.
 




After losing to Rutgers, I thought this would be a blowout, so I'm not as disappointed
 


Penn State is ass. They’re going to go out quickly in the playoff. All the SEC folks are right, Georgia, Bama, Ole Miss and others would motor boat these guys.
 

Fucking defense. Gophs kicked the field goal with 5:58 on the clock with timeouts and never got the ball back. Unfucking real.

This is why Gopher Football will never get to the next level.

Michigan fires their coach whenever they lose to Minnesota because fans blow a fuse.

Minnesota fans just want both teams to have fun.

He went for it when the game was in the balance. 3 calls on 4th and short to not give Minnesota the ball back when a score was going to decide the game. You can punt on 4th and short in the 1st quarter as there is time left. When you have the ball and the lead with 4 minutes to go you control your destiny. Minnesota never got the ball back because of those plays on the final drive.
