***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA ILLINOIS GAME THREAD ***

We've lost a little hustle. Trevor should have gotten that rebound.

And be able to get the ball in against the press.

Illinois is desperate, they're gonna snatch a couple turnovers from us likely. Just can't let it snowball, that's all.

It's amazing how many bad threes ILL is taking though, even in the first half. I can't believe they normally take this many contested threes and make that high of a percentage. I'll admit, haven't seen much of them, but no team could possibly shoot a high percentage from deep with a lot of the looks they're taking.

Put a bow on this one.

Double digit road win versus a top 15 team?

When was the last time that happened?

Remember how gopherhole bitched about free throws??? I think it was fixed;)

outstanding effort tonight, let's finish strong!

A win at Illinois. Way to go guys. This is a big one.

Well coached game by tubby. Gotta give him credit coached a hell of a game

Much credit to the entire team, along with the coaches and staff, for taking control, holding the lead, and shutting down Illinois, especially given this program's long history of trouble in Champaign. Even the 1997 Final Four team lost there. Given the challenges to come, this win means so much. A real statement. Great, great win!

First half 6 of 11 free throws
Total (so far) 21 of 27 and rebounded the only miss in the 2nd half.

Love looking at Dre Hollins run out the clock to a virtually empty stadium haha
