This isn’t a plug and play program. It’s a program that recruits players ranked as 3 stars who need time to develop. Unfortunately some guys at LB had to play today that aren’t ready. Doesn’t excuse the problems they had on D all year but all the doom and gloom is ridiculous.

The way some of the posts are going might as well shut it all down or petition to join the MAC.

AK8 looked positively great today compared to our defense … and AK8’s completion rate was an abysmal 43%. Bottom line: had we finished in the red zone more often, we might have been in this shoot-out to the end. But this year’s team seems to lay in egg in virtually every 2nd half.
