***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT PENN STATE IN-GAME THREAD***

One Penn St. guy between three of our guys and guess who gets the rebound?

It's hard to shoot with your hand around your throat

Let's not do the things that we've had success with all night long. What a ****ing joke.

Will Konate progress to making Freshman mistakes by the time he's a Senior?

Konate gets position and then knocks it out of bounds.

I wish Konate could firmly grasp a basketball.

ouch. Penn State just played harder than us at the end.

Konate needs to be off the floor

Can anyone teach or play defense in this entire program? Sincere question. It is awful.

Joe Crispin just told us we should be excited about the product on the floor. Joe Crispin is a certifiable moron.

This one is on Pitino. We were in good position with six minutes to go and he put Konate in. As soon as I saw that I knew we were in trouble. They took advantage of him.

Letting a bad Penn State team go on a 16-0 run down the stretch cannot be dismissed that easily, IMO.

Even the refs feel bad and decide to not call the goaltending.

As SS posted, this was one of our winnable games. Even worse, this went from an enjoyable game, win or lose, to an excruciatingly painful and restless sleep-inducing debacle.

It certainly didn't help.

Not on Pitino....players need to play

16-0 run to Penn State in crunch time. Is this what rock bottom feels like or are we still on our way down?

Pitino and his staff sure know how to recruit centers and coach defense.

Yes, it is.

The better team won tonight. The Gophers had far too many turnovers and Penn State played solid defense down the stretch. Big difference in protecting the ball tonight verses the 4 to's they had against Michigan State.
