I said this on reddit, but we need to fix our strength and conditioning program. We have so many non-contact, lower-leg injuries. Please start focusing more on knee, ankle, and hip flexibility.
Everytime I see injuries like that I think about the knees over toes guy in TikTok. I know they probably work through flexibility, but are they working on strength through the entire range of the flexibility? Who knows...
